Kansas City Premier Apartments $100.00 Reward Card Offer Details

Kansas City Premier Apartments, Inc. (KCPA) offers a $100.00 reward card to any prospective resident that finds an apartment or rental through KCPA.

Requirements:

  • KCPA's Reward Program is currently not available to Citizens of Missouri or persons moving to the State of Missouri.
  • $100 Reward is only available for leases signed after 12-October-2006.
  • Not all properties participate in KCPA's $100 Reward Program. Properties that do not participate in KCPA's $100 Reward Program will be noted as such and also not be available for selection on the Reward Request form.
  • KCPA must receive your $100 reward card request form within 30 days of your moving into your new home.
  • You must sign a minimum of a 6 month lease at a property you located by using KCPA services. A $100 Reward Card will not be issued to Renters who renew existing leases. If you, or anyone on the lease, has signed a previous lease agreement or has a previous relationship developed with the property, you are not eligible for the $100 Reward. If you found the property using services or persons other than KCPA or it's Rental Advisors, you will not qualify for a reward card.
  • It must be put in writing that you are using KCPA to find your apartment when you visit a property. It is very important for the property's leasing agent to know you found their listing by using KCPA's service. Write "Premier or Premier Apartments" on any and all paperwork you are asked to complete, including guest cards or lease applications. Without written proof you found your apartment through KCPA, you jeopardize your eligibility to claim the $100 reward card.
  • KCPA must be able to confirm your use of its web site to locate your rental. When you sign in to your account, we track the listings you have seen on our website. When you submit a reward claim form, we look at your account to ensure you viewed the listing for the property where you've signed a lease before you signed that lease. If you happen to have more than one account, you must be able to provide KCPA with the account you used to view the listing for your new home.
  • You must be an authorized occupant listed on the lease agreement.
  • You must physically move into your rental and reside there for more than 90 days and sign a minimum of lease term of 6 months or more.
  • Only one $100 reward card will be granted per lease signed. Incidentally only one person on a lease may obtain a $100 reward card. If different co-signers of the same lease submit separate requests, one reward will be granted for the first claim received by KCPA that is confirmed as eligible. All other claims will be denied if they reference the same lease.
Now the fine print:

  • Properties may discontinue their listing on KCPA at any time. Inasmuch, the $100 reward is available only for 30 days after a property listing is canceled.
  • Since it is impossible for KCPA to guarantee a property will remain a listed partner indefinitely, we do not guarantee payment of the $100 reward card when a renter is moving into a property 30-plus days after the reward claim form is submitted.
  • The $100 reward card is not available for renters who have previously lived in the property listed on their reward claim form.
  • Reward card requests will not be available to any renter who has lived previously in a community or property that is related to the property listed on their reward request form.
  • Current and former employees of the property listed on a $100 reward request form are not eligible for the reward program.
  • Sublet apartments are not eligible for the reward program.
  • Renters who are current or former employees of a property related (1) to the property listed on their reward request form are not eligible for the $100 reward card.
  • Renters who have been referred by a resident of the property or a friend are not eligible for the $100 reward card.
  • Some property profiles represent multiple buildings or groups of properties (*). If the representitives of these properties refer you to rental options other then those listed on the KCPA website, you will not be eligble for the $100 reward card.
  • Confirmation from the property's management team that the renter has become an occupant of the property must be completed before any Renter is deemed eligible for the $100 reward card.
  • Reward delivery requires a minimum of 12 to 16 weeks from a Renter's move-in date or the day the Reward Requested is submitted for processing, whichever is later. Extraordinary circumstances (such as property manager or owner changes) may occasionally delay reward delivery further.
  • Reward Cards expire 90 days from the date of issue. Expiration is a function of the issuing bank and can not be changed by KCPA.
  • Incomplete or invalid addresses provided as part of the Reward claim process may prevent delivery of your reward. A $10 charge will be charged against any reward that requires re-issue. Reward expiration applies to the original reward issue date.
  • KCPA may add to, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes. KCPA may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Materials posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
(*) A "Related Property" is a property that is owned and/or managed by the same company as the property that is listed on a renter's reward request form.
