I wanted to thank you for all of your help in making arrangements this weekend for me. Thanks to you, I was able to look at a lot of great places. I am happy to report that I signed paperwork at XXX XXXXXXX Lofts. I am really excited about the loft. I am working through the details with XXXXXX regarding my exact relocation date, but I will be in Kansas City sometime during the first week of April.

I went to look at Barrewoods last Wednesday and I signed the application on Thursday and had it faxed Friday morning. (I also mailed it in with my deposit and first months rent.) I ended up renting a 1 bedroom with an office (a visio).
Thank you so much. You were so helpful. I was so pleased with the apartments that you sent me to in Kansas City North and I am so happy to have a new home. It is especially great that I was able to find a place I loved so much in one trip, since I am moving from so far away. My dad loves Barrewoods too, because it is so XXXXXX and has so many amenities and believe me he is a hard sell. The whole trip to Kansas City just went great because I had your help.

I just wanted to recognize Tiffany Lewis from Kansas City Premier Apartments for her outstanding quality of customer service and professionalism!
When I spoke to Coldwell Banker I expressed an interest in purchase and rentals. Coldwell Banker did not schedule any time for rent seeking during my visit and it was very difficult to get a tour together last minute.
XXXXX XXXXX from Accomodations XX XXXXX was contacted but they were not able to book a tour until Tuesday or Wednesday this week- when I would be in NY. XXXXX said she would email me some information but I did not receive it until the next day. I found this to be very inconvenient.

Coldwell Banker subsequently contacted Tiffany Lewis from Kansas City Premier Apartments. Tiffany was able to rearrange her schedule to fit me in and she was able to show me some great apartments at great rental rates! I recommend Tiffany and Kansas City Premier Apartments be added to our priority list to assist in relocation.

Thank you so much! I finally got ahold of them as well and I spoke with a woman who said my application was right on her desk and she was in the midst of working on it...she said it should be done by the end of today or Monday at the latest. She said she has no doubts that it will go through and be fine.
I was just worried because if that apartment didn't work out I would need to find a new one ASAP. But all looks fine now :)
