Kansas City Leasing Agent Position

This position is a dynamic opportunity. Kansas City Premier Apartments does not have normal local "offices" instead we have local virtual offices! Each and every agent that joins our team is home based. This opportunity is perfect for the now stay at home sales professional or leasing professional who is looking for a rewarding home based opportunity. 9/10ths of our work is email and phone related. We do have an affilate upscale office location that is now open as of March 2007 in Kansas City that will allow you to meet with clients in a trendy urban environment.
There are few positions that offer you:

• The ability to set your own hours
• Deal with a hot sales environment without any cold calling
• Amazing flexiblity

You will work with and be mentored/coached by a senior agent who you will work in tandem with. You will be expected to work with your senior agent in a collaborative effort. Our leads are distributed evenly and you can make good money if your are motivated.

Our perfect someone must:

• Have some working industry knowledge either in sales or leasing and be VERY knowledgable about the Kansas City area.
• Be extremely motivated and self paced
• Have a pleasant phone voice, good attitude and be well spoken
• LOVE talking to people and have a DYNAMIC phone presence.
• Like working at home and have a dedicated quiet workspace.
• Have above standard working knowledge of general windows applications and the internet.
• High speed internet; DSL or Cable.
• Reasonable typing ability as you will be engaging prospective residents in live chat conversations.
• Organizational skills.

This position is a contract position since you work at home and we do not set your hours. You set your own hours and your own pace. We now offer hourly plus a generous bonus compensation plan depending on your qualifications.

Database Specialist

Kansas City Premier Apartments is looking for a qualified person that enjoys working from home and can represent Kansas City Premier Apartments in a professional manner to our valued properties.

Duties would include:

• Organizing property special data through our state of the art tracking system
• Designating best times to call properties based on special rotations
• Interacting with our valued properties and leasing staff

You must:

• Enjoy working from home and have a quiet workspace
• A Self-starter
• Have a top notch phone presence
• Be organized
• Be able to set your own hours based on call needs per week
• Be drama free

This position is a contract position since you work at home and we do not set your hours. You set your own hours based on the special schedule based by the properties. We offer hourly compensation for this position.
