Kansas City Premier Apartments tracks each person you refer by your e-mail address and their phone number. We track each property they view, correspondence and appointments. You will know throughout the process where your referral is within the rental process. You’ll also know if and when they lease by simply logging into your account. Stop giving away your referrals!

How often will payments be sent?
